Overview

What is Pendants?

Pendants is an accessories brand that previously took every order manually through Instagram DMs. VRENTAX built them a full online store centered on a drag-and-drop configurator — customers build their own custom pendant piece by piece, rather than describing what they want over chat.

The Challenge

What was the problem?

Orders were taken manually through Instagram DMs — there was no catalog to browse and no way for a customer to customize a piece without a long back-and-forth conversation.

The Solution

What did we build?

We built a full store around a drag-and-drop configurator: customers drag charms onto a base piece (or tap to auto-place), and each charm renders at a size proportional to its real physical dimensions, so the on-screen preview matches what actually gets made. A separate freehand mode lets customers draw their own connecting chain between charms. Finished designs save automatically, download as an image, or become a shareable, verifiable certificate — and if a customer tries to leave mid-design, the site catches that moment and offers to save their progress. On top of the storefront: a WhatsApp order-notification system, live admin order alerts, and visitor analytics.
